- 1 Vinegar Mother ( See Note)
- 500 ml 8% white/red wine
Directions
- Combine the wine and the mother in a large glass container and cover with a cheese cloth held in place by a rubber band.
- Let it sit for up to two months. You can taste it any time and decide yourself once it has become your ideal sourness.
