Ingredients
- 5 Bananas
Directions
- Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the Bananas on a Plate, until they form into a sludge.
- Put the Sludge into a 1 liter Jar, then put a cheese cloth held in place by a rubber band on top.
- Put the Jar in a cold, dark place and wait for about two weeks.
- Over the next weeks, the liquid and solids will start to separate and the vinegar will start to form. You can try the vinegar to reach your preferred sourness.
