I found this Recipe when I was looking for something to make my Tacos more vibrant, and the Result was exactly what I expected. Also go great with a Chili.
Ingredients
- 2 Large Mangoes
- 2 Medium Red Onions
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/3 Cup Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Red Chile Pepper
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Lime
Directions
- Dice the Onions and Mangoes, coarsely chop the Garlic and Cilantro and Seed and chop the Chile.
- Juice the Lime and combine everything in a Bowl.
- Serve with Tortilla chips or on top of Tacos.
