  • 1 Vinegar Mother ( See Note)
  • 500 ml 8% white/red wine

Directions

  1. Combine the wine and the mother in a large glass container and cover with a cheese cloth held in place by a rubber band.
  2. Let it sit for up to two months. You can taste it any time and decide yourself once it has become your ideal sourness.
