A great Recipe to have as a snack with some Chips or as a topping for something else.
Ingredients
- 2 Large Tomatoes, or a Pound Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Medium Red Onions
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/3 Cup Fresh Cilantro
- 1/2 Red Chile Pepper, seeded.
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Lime
Directions
- Dice the Tomatoes and let drain in a colander.
- In the meantime, finely chop the Onions, Garlic, Cilantro and chile.
- Juice the Lime and combine everything in a Bowl.
- Serve with Tortilla chips or on top of Tacos.
