Ingredients

  • 5 Bananas

Directions

  1. Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the Bananas on a Plate, until they form into a sludge.
  2. Put the Sludge into a 1 liter Jar, then put a cheese cloth held in place by a rubber band on top.
  3. Put the Jar in a cold, dark place and wait for about two weeks.
  4. Over the next weeks, the liquid and solids will start to separate and the vinegar will start to form. You can try the vinegar to reach your preferred sourness.
